The human resource department of Coral Textiles is responsible for the smooth functioning. We are responsible for creating a conducive environment for employees to work in. We are an ethical company and follow the following rules :

Environment

The environment is one of the most important things for any company.We focus on creating a good environment for our employees and also ensuring that they feel comfortable in their workplace. The HR department of Coral Textiles makes sure that they create a good environment for their employees so that they can deliver their best at work. We  ensure that the working environment is safe and healthy.We also ensure that there are no hazards at the workplace that can lead to accidents or illnesses among employees.The equipment used at the workplace are up-to-date, safe and clean.This will help reduce the risk of accidents occurring at the workplace.

No Forced Labor

Another commitment of our HR department is that we should not force anyone to do something against his/her wishes or force them to work in any kind of situation which might be harmful for them physically or mentally. In other words, HR departments should never force anyone to work against his/her wishes or force people into doing anything against their will because this could lead to low productivity or even worse cases like suicide because of depression etc..

Freedom of Association

We recognize the right of employees to form and join trade unions, and we encourage employees to take part in trade union activities. Our employees are free to form and join trade unions of their choice without fear of intimidation or discrimination. We respect the right to strike.

Health & Safety

 We have a health and safety policy which is reviewed regularly and communicated to all staff. We provide the necessary training to all staff to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities under this policy.We work with our employees and contractors to create safe workplaces free from health risks, including injuries and illnesses, occupational hazards, and environmental damage. We encourage all employees to report unsafe conditions immediately.

No Child Labor and Young Workers

We don’t employ anyone under 18 years old in any kind of work that might jeopardise their health, education or development, nor do we hire anyone under 18 year old for jobs that require heavy physical labour or exposure to dangerous substances or conditions (such as working with chemicals).

Living Wage

All employees are paid at least the prevailing minimum wage for the country where they work; if there isn’t one set by law we follow a Living Wage methodology that’s regularly updated for inflation so no one gets left behind as their costs go up over time (it’s a very good example of how business can do good while making money too).

Working Hours

We have flexible working hours and there is no need to stay late in office. We have a good work-life balance and encourage employees to take time off for family and personal matters. We also offer flexible working hours and remote work options, which allow employees to balance their personal and professional responsibilities.

No Discrimination

We believe that everyone should be treated equally regardless of their gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. We do not tolerate any kind of discrimination at all. We also do not discriminate against any person on the basis of age if it does not affect his/her ability to perform his/her job responsibilities.

We have a strict discipline policy in place to ensure that all employees are working towards the same goal, which is to make our company more profitable.

Regular Employment

Our HR department is committed to regular employment. This means that we offer employees fixed-term contracts for a period of 12 months or more. The duration of such contracts may be extended by mutual consent of the employee and the company. At the end of the contract, if an employee wishes to continue working with us, they can apply for a new contract.

Entitlement to Work and Immigration:

Our HR department is responsible for ensuring that all our employees have the correct work permits and other documents needed to legally work in the foreign countries. In addition, we make sure that all our foreign workers are properly registered with their respective embassies before they start working for us.

Sub-Contracting and Home working

There should be no subcontracting unless previously agreed with the main client.In the case of home working, we inform you that your personal data will not be communicated to third parties. If the contractor needs to access your information for reasons related to the performance of their obligations, they must obtain your consent in writing.

Security

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information. We will protect any information you share with us from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

Our HR policy is based on the principles of fairness, justice and equality.
